Can I bring my kids?

Both wedding events are adult only. If you choose to travel to Italy with children, we are happy to recommend childcare options. It is recommended to have childcare plans solidified prior to travel.

Do you have any childcare suggestions?

We recommend inquiring with International Babysitters Florence. Fun fact- Amanda worked here in 2017 and 2018!

What is the dress code?

The welcome party is cocktail attire, sun dresses for ladies and collars for men. Men are not required to wear suit jackets.

The wedding day is black tie preferred, colorful floor length gowns for ladies, tuxedos or dark suits for men. Post ceremony, feel free to take off your jacket!

How do I get to Florence?

Connecting flights to the Florence airport are available. Alternatively, direct flights are available from New York to Rome, with options to train up to Florence (about 1.5 hours).

Where should we stay?

Please reference the accommodations tab for further details. We recommend that all guests stay in Florence. The welcome party venue is walking or taxi distance from city center. There will be shuttles provided on the wedding day that will take guests to and from Piazza Di Santa Maria Novella to Villa Corsini.

How to we get around?

If staying in Florence, no car rental is needed to reach our wedding festivities. If you chose to stay in an area of Tuscany outside of Florence, guests will have to arrange their own transportation. For those who cannot walk long distances, your hotel in Florence can call you a taxi for the welcome party as well. Uber is typically not available in this region.

How far in advance should I book my trip?

We recommend booking airfare at least 6 months in advance.

Can I bring a plus one?

The number of wedding guests invited are listed on all invitations. Please contact Amanda and Charlie for any additional questions or concerns.
